There's a great deal of encouraging research emerging from neuroscience proving how meditation improves the way we think and contributes to better physical and mental health. Come along to this class if you'd like to be calmer, more contented and creative.
We explore how we can apply meditation and mindfulness to art making- and life in general. You don't need to be an artist or a meditator; just bring an open mind and a willingness to have a go.
We will be looking at how the Inner Critic can step in and spoil creative flow, and learn how to prune our neural pathways so compassion and positivity can grow.
This group is suitable for anyone interested in waking up their minds!
